ACCOMMODATION

• 8% official VAT and 1% city tax should be added on the accommodation fees.
• Prices are for night of accommodation in the stated hotel in bed&breakfast; concept.
• Accommodation reservations are confirmed upon full payment of the accommodation fees. For the confirmation of your accommodation booking, please send the receipt of payment to the congress secretariat via e-mail.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations will be valid if notified in writing to Global Tourism.

For cancellations of registration and accommodation;

• made until April 1st, 2022 will be refunded as 50 %.
• made after April 1st, 2022, no refunds will be granted.

All refunds will be processed within a month after the congress.
